DIY Mother's day card

Looking for an easy mother's day card idea? I used magazine cutouts, a plain white card, and a knife to do this. So you don't need any fancy art & craft supplies to make a card for your mom. All you need is love and some time to make this beautiful card. Let's see how.

Materials Required :
White cardstock
Magazine cutouts or colorful flyers
Scissors
Craft knife
Glue
Colorful markers (Optional)

Step 1: Measure the cardstock and cut it according to the size you want. I measured mine to be in A4 size and fold in half.

Step 2: With a pencil write "Happy Mother's Day" with your favorite font and cut the outline with a craft knife. While doing this make sure the card is unfolded. If you feel you are not good at writing a big font, type it in a word document, take a print and use it as a guide above the card and cut it.

Step 3: Now it is time to cut out some colorful things from magazines. I used some flowers, perfume bottles, polka dot handbags, makeup items with flowers, etc and pasted together with glue. You can paste the photos of the things your mother will love or you can go with things that are in your mom's favorite color, etc. The possibilities are endless. You can totally customize according to your taste and wish.

Before you glue arrange the pictures and make sure it covers all the areas. You can also use a single printed paper as a background and paste it.

Step 4: Paste the cards together and decorate it with markers if you wish.If you want to add any message, write it at the back of the card.

How easy is that ??You can totally make this card for any occasion you want!!If you are making this card, what pictures will you include ??
